Sharon + Paul | Gilpin Lake House

Sometimes you meet people and it feels like you’ve known them for many years. This was the case with Sharon + Paul who were married at Gilpin Lake House in early September with their families proudly watching. Gilpin Lake House is one of my favourite venues for smaller more intimate weddings and offers some great locations for photographs. We had a walk around the gardens and down to the tarn for some portraits. We were gifted some great light and I could have happily shot for hours but the couple and their guests had some amazing food to sample. I left them to enjoy the rest of their day after some informal speeches.

Sharon + Paul, thank you for having me as your photographer. You put a smile on my face and I hope our paths cross again soon. Best wishes, Steve B x

Oh, fab, fab, fab! Loved this selection, Steven, just brought the wonderful day back for me-even shed a few more tears. What an important job you have, the photos are everlasting memories, even for generations to come and you’ve achieved all and more than any of us could have expected. Thank you seems inadequate, but we all really appreciate your skill and genuine care.
